It's been a while... how are you all?

I'm taking a small break in a somewhat hectic week. I caught the train home so I could drive back to Manchester with two friends, Kieren and Gabby. The three of us took over my new place for a few days, which whilst fun was also very tiring!

Friday - we visited Alton Towers. Rides are as good as I remember, excellent fun. Nothing like wizzing around all over the place!

I drove back yesterday, feeling very tired today. I'm supposed to be at my gran's by half 9 to take her shopping, then I have to be at the train station by 2pm for my train. Joy. I can barely wait!!

She's my new shy retiring friend that follows me round the house. It's kinda sweet!

I'm moved, David has already drawn to the conclusion I'm insane. I've only spent one night alone so far, with Bri visiting and now Mike!!

My bed is from IKEA. Sounds good huh? Well no, there's no support for the mattress. *rolls eyes* so Mike and I are going slat shopping tomorrow, oh the joy! He brought some planks of wood with him which are doing for now, but it would be nice to fix it.

A lot of things to do, like sort out direct debits for rent, visit home, sort out alton towers and then get a job and make my cash flow look a little less one sided. 

Supposed to be moving today, gary said leave about 9-10ish. I know, it's only just gone 10 but I can't help but feel we have soooooooo much to do today.

I can't see Gary or Bri getting up before 11 at this rate. I'm getting more and more stressed out, less time to do stuff and so much to do!!!

Must stay calm. Must resist urge to scream in their ears and make them move.

*jiggles* 

Me. Yes, it's THAT hot. It's raining outside and I'm still sweltering. It had to be raining somehow, typical Manchester, but the heat? Since when was Manchester warm!!

Anyway, I have plans. I know I'm not male but I badly want this to be me:

Thank god it's not Thursday...

Yes people, it's Wednesday. Not Thursday. I'm officially round the bend and up the creek.

In other news, housing wise this is looking definite. Just saturday to sort out and we're all good. HUUUUUUGE weight off my mind, very relieved. I am not, however, allowed a flag pole (boo hiss) but hanging my pirate flag out the window is ok. Phew!

oh my god it's thursday!

I could have sworn it was Wednesday. What did I do with Wednesday if today is Thursday? I thought yesterda was Tuesday. Where did my missing day go?
